These macros (semacros.nro and semacros.tro) are nroff and troff macros
to make Glowbug manuals in the early style common in the early radio
period from about 1910 through 1930.  They are modified from the early
troff manual macros, and are public property.  Use them as you will.
Hopefully others who are adept at nroff/troff will be able to use them
to put up other classic radio documents in the Glowbug archives.
