- Is in charge of the operations and the servicing of the U.S. regional depository documents collection;
- Participates as a mid-management administrator in the general operation and management of the Library;
- Teaches library sessions for English freshmen courses and some upper division courses in business, environment, and government information resources;
- Participates and rotates with the other reference librarians in the reference/information service on a regular basis;
- Provides library staff training for CD-ROM products, Internet resources, and other on-line databases;
- Provides guidelines and training workshops to the other depository libraries in Idaho and the northwest region;
- Is the spokesperson for the U. S. Depository collection and represents the Library in state, regional and national meetings.
